2. PT IMB Indonesia By JYK a company duly established under the law of the Republic of Indonesia
3. Jenny Yohanna Kansil Both PT IMB Indonesia By JYK and Jenny Yohana Kansil hereinafter shall be referred to as Burgo Indonesia.

The Important Notice and Warning is as follows:

1. That Istituto di Moda Burgo S.R.L (Burgo Milan) is THE ONLY party in this world to have the right to permit or to prohibit the use of the name “Burgo” as contained in the Brandincluding the use of the name “Burgo” in the territory of INDONESIA;
2. That Burgo Milan provides the permission to use the above-mentioned name “Burgo” in the territory of Indonesia only to PT IMB Indonesia By JYK and/or Jenny Yohana Kansil;
3. That Burgo Milan and/or PT IMB Indonesia By JYK and/or Jenny Yohana Kansil have prohibited everyone to use above-mentioned name “Burgo” in their business activities especially in the activity relating to the fashion course/school/training industry in Indonesia;
4. This notice is made with the sole purpose of our Client to protect consumers that would like to enroll in fashion trainings/courses/school in the territory of Indonesia. Our Client is not responsible for any training programs and/or cooperation in the fashion industry conducted by parties that do not fulfill our predefined standards
